Deborah McNeilance, MBA-HCM, CMOM, CMIS, CMC, CPC
Administrator / COO

Deborah joined Huron Gastro in July 2018, bringing more than 35 years of experience in healthcare. Previously, Deborah served as the administrator of a large healthcare network of physicians specializing in cardiology, hematology-oncology, infectious diseases, rheumatology, and surgical oncology. She was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Med-Line Transcription. Deborah believes in a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery and in the importance of mentoring team members to improve practice efficiencies and operations.



Kathy Nied


Kathy Nied
Human Resource Business Partner

Kathy joined Huron Gastro in 2014 and serves as its Human Resource Business Partner, aligning Huron Gastro’s business objectives with employees and management. Specifically, Kathy ensures compliance with human-resource policies and government regulations. She also oversees new-employee transitions and employee benefits. 





Heidi Snyder, MCSE, CCA
Director of Health and Information Technology

Heidi joined Huron Gastro in May 2004 and has over 17 years of experience in IT. She began as the solo IT person in the organization and now leads a five-person IT department and seven-person Health Information Management department. Heidi collaborates directly with administration and providers to deliver the best in healthcare IT to our patients.





Carol Glatz,  MBA

Carol joined Huron Gastro in 2007 with 30 years of financial oversight experience in the healthcare, nonprofit, and service sectors, as well as management of preclinical safety evaluation studies. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan with an emphasis in finance.



Marsha Montgomery


Marsha Montgomery, RN, MBA, MHA
Nurse Manager

Marsha joined Huron Gastro in September 2019 and serves as the manager for clinical services. She brings over 30 years of clinical and business leadership experience from a variety of settings including service-line program development for specialties such as bariatric and orthopedic surgery, acute stroke, and neurosurgery. She has also served as Administrative Director of Patient Care Services at various hospitals leading teams in clinical practice re-design, Journey to Magnet status, Lean and Six Sigma process improvement, and IT solution deployment. Marsha has a passion for the provision of excellence in patient care that is driven by a highly competent and compassionate staff.



Jill March


Jill March, RN
Clinical Supervisor

Jill March joined Huron Gastro in 2016. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Henry Ford Community College and has over 30 years of nursing experience. Jill has had prior experience working with the HG physician group while employed at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in the Imaging (endo) Center for 14 years. When Jill joined our team she began working as an RN in the CDC and then transitioned to a charge nurse role. Jill currently serves as the clinical supervisor for all clinical staff both in the surgery center and medical practice. Jill believes that teamwork is key in providing quality patient centered care.



Traci Fietz

Scheduling Supervisor

Traci joined Huron Gastro in 2019. She comes with 17 years of medical experience working in cardiology, allergy, family medicine and OBGYN. Traci’s passion is helping patients with any of their administrative needs. She is an enthusiastic supervisor of our collections and scheduling teams. Traci strives to lead her team to provide the best customer service for our patients.



Amy Bondy-Baker


Amy Bondy-Baker
Scheduling Supervisor

Amy joined Huron Gastro in January 2018. She received her B.A. from University of Toledo, and L.P.N from Monroe County Community College. She comes with nine years of GI experience including clinical nursing and office management. Prior to becoming a Scheduling Supervisor, Amy was part of the Medical Procedure Scheduling team, and collaborated with our Physicians to restructure the screening process for procedures. Amy strives to consistently educate her team to provide quality patient care and achieve a high degree of patient satisfaction.
