Driving Directions:

Take I-94 to the m-52 exit (exit 159) and go north into Chelsea. Continue on M-52 (Main Street) for approximately one mile and turn right (east) onto US 12. Proceed approximately 100 yards to Chelsea Community Hospital South Campus Entrance. After turning into the campus, follow the signs to the Professional building. It will be the third drive to the right, which is the first turn after the Huron Valley Ambulance building. Proceed to the parking lot and enter through the front entrance of the building. The registration department is on the first floor. The Endoscopy/Pain clinic is on the second floor.
