GI practice is looking for a scheduler with a minimum of 1 year medical office experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, telephone and office communication with patients obtaining medical and insurance information to schedule procedures and appointments. In addition, processes any tasks that generate from scheduling calls and/or providers in conjunction to performing check-out functions at the conclusion of the patient office appointments. Functions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Knowledge and understanding of insurance guidelines and medical terminology helpful. NextGen EPM and EMR experience preferred.
Growing practice is looking for telephone receptionist with a minimum of 1 year's experience. Responsibilities include routing incoming calls 400+/daily to the appropriate department. Strong customer service skills required.

Gastroenterology practice is seeking a full-time, certified medical assistant. Applicants must be team oriented in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task, possess strong computer skills, and deliver excellent customer service.
MEDICAL RECORDS/HIPAA REPRESENTATIVE
GI practice is looking for a Medical Records/HIPAA Representative with a minimum of 1 year medical records experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to monitoring and maintaining HIPAA compliance; keeping the organization up to date on all HIPAA Privacy regulations; assuming responsibility for HIPAA orientation and training programs; scanning and accurately sorting information into EMR and processing medical records requests. Functions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Excellent experience and understanding of HIPAA guidelines is required. Must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate professional and effectively. NextGen EPM and EMR experience preferred. RHIA/RHIT certification required.
