NURSE MANAGER
Ann Arbor Surgery Center is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager is responsible for overall operations of the center including leadership to the staff, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, anesthesia team operational oversight, and be a working manager when needed. The manager reports to the administrator and medical director. The position is a full-time position with occasional Saturdays but no nights or holidays. Candidates must have a valid Michigan RN license, a minimum of 3 years management experience, and be a service-oriented enthusiastic leader. Position currently open.
JUNIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an experienced, technologically savvy Junior Systems Administrator to join our team. This person will be responsible for assisting with, monitoring the IT infrastructure, routine preventative maintenance hardware and software systems, manages and maintains VMware virtual servers, end user (Helpdesk) support, manages and maintains Microsoft SQL, Active Directory, and Exchange Servers and other duties as assigned. Microsoft, Citrix, and A+ certifications or equivalent experience is necessary. 3+ years experience working as a Level 1 or Junior Systems Administrator.3+ years supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, and Exchange, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 2000/2003/2008 server environment, VMware virtual servers, Citrix, Switches, Routers, and Firewalls, and HP Proliant servers and SAN’s.
ENDOSCOPY TECHNICIANS
Free standing endoscopy center is now taking applications for full time endoscopy technicians. Responsibilities include rotation through the endoscopy unit and assisting in both the procedure rooms and scope cleaning area. Preferred candidates will have G.I. experience.
MEDICAL SCREENERS
GI practice is accepting applications for full time medical screeners. Responsibilities will include telephone triage of patient medications, medical history, insurance verification, and answer prep and procedure questions. Strong customer service and computer skills are essential.
SCHEDULING ASSISTANTS
Growing practice is looking for schedulers with a minimum of 1 year medical office experience. Responsibilities include both telephone and office contact with patients to ensure that their scheduling needs are met. Functions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Knowledge and understanding of insurance guidelines and medical terminology helpful. NextGen experience preferred.
