Deborah joined Huron Gastro in July 2018, bringing more than 35 years of experience in healthcare. Previously, Deborah served as the administrator of a large healthcare network of physicians specializing in cardiology, hematology-oncology, infectious diseases, rheumatology, and surgical oncology. She was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Med-Line Transcription. Deborah believes in a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery and in the importance of mentoring team members to improve practice efficiencies and operations.

Meghan Weaver, MBA, BSHA-HCM
Practice Administrator
Meghan joined Huron Gastro in October 2025, with 20 years of healthcare operations leadership experience. She earned her MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. Meghan has worked as a leader in large hospital systems, private specialty care practices, and healthcare research. Meghan believes in a strong engaged team to support patient-centered care. Change management, metrics and leader mentoring are her passion.
Kathy Nied
Human Resource Business Partner
Kathy joined Huron Gastro in 2014 and serves as its Human Resource Business Partner, aligning Huron Gastro’s business objectives with employees and management. Specifically, Kathy ensures compliance with human-resource policies and government regulations. She also oversees new-employee transitions and employee benefits.
Katie Moreno, BSN
Director of Nursing
Katie joined Huron Gastro in 2024. She comes with 17 years of nursing experience. Katie has spent the last 10 years in the outpatient ambulatory surgery setting specializing in Orthopedics and Neurosurgery. Katie takes great pride in leading a talented and compassionate team of nursing staff who share her commitment to patient-centered care. Her long-term goal is to continue advancing in nursing leadership and quality management, contributing to excellence in patient care outcomes. Katie currently serves as the Director of Nursing over the Ypsilanti and Livonia offices.

Marsha Montgomery, RN, MBA, MHA
Nurse Manager
Marsha joined Huron Gastro in September 2019 and serves as the manager for clinical services. She brings over 30 years of clinical and business leadership experience from a variety of settings including service-line program development for specialties such as bariatric and orthopedic surgery, acute stroke, and neurosurgery. She has also served as Administrative Director of Patient Care Services at various hospitals leading teams in clinical practice re-design, Journey to Magnet status, Lean and Six Sigma process improvement, and IT solution deployment. Marsha has a passion for the provision of excellence in patient care that is driven by a highly competent and compassionate staff.

Jill March, RN
Clinical Supervisor
Jill March joined Huron Gastro in 2016. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Henry Ford Community College and has over 30 years of nursing experience. Jill has had prior experience working with the HG physician group while employed at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in the Imaging (endo) Center for 14 years. When Jill joined our team she began working as an RN in the CDC and then transitioned to a charge nurse role. Jill currently serves as the clinical supervisor at Huron Gastro Endoscopy Center. Jill believes that teamwork is key in providing quality patient centered care.

Paula Magid
Clinical Operations Manager
Paula is a skilled professional who most recently served at Trinity Health as an Operations Director for the Specialty Physician Practices (formerly the St. Joseph Medical Group). She has over 30 years of supervisory experience with special focus on Bariatric Surgery Programs and Physical Rehabilitation Services. As a business owner for 20 years, she is passionate about working together as a cohesive team to achieve results-driven goals. Paula enjoys spending time with family, is an avid reader and crafter.

Amy Bondy-Baker, LPN, BA
Scheduling and HIM Manager
Amy joined Huron Gastro in January 2018. She received her B.A. from University of Toledo, and L.P.N from Monroe County Community College. She comes with nine years of GI experience including clinical nursing and office management. Prior to becoming a manager, Amy was part of the Medical Procedure Scheduling team, and collaborated with our Physicians to restructure the screening process for procedures. Amy strives to consistently educate her team to provide quality patient care and achieve a high degree of patient satisfaction.

Robin Potter
Billing Supervisor
Robin joined Huron Gastro in August 2021. She received her Certified Procedure Coding Certificate in 2021, thru Practice Management Institute. Robin has over 20 years of billing experience in Internal Medicine, Infusion therapy, hospitalist and Gastroenterology. Team goals are continual education in payer guidelines, benefits and eligibility, prior authorization improvement and appropriate procedure coding.

Collections Supervisor
Traci joined Huron Gastro in 2019. She comes with 17 years of medical experience working in cardiology, allergy, family medicine and OBGYN. Traci’s passion is helping patients with any of their administrative needs. She is an enthusiastic supervisor of our collections and scheduling teams. Traci strives to lead her team to provide the best customer service for our patients.
Andrew Yohey
IT Manager
Andy joined Huron Gastro in 2023. He comes with 15 years of enterprise IT leadership. Andy's passion is solving problems with technology and developing technology teams. Andy enjoys time with family, motorcycling, snowmobiling, 3D printing, laser engraving and learning new technologies.
